Hello lovely ladies, and welcome! I’m Marie — 48, endlessly curious about wellness, and passionate about helping women feel vibrant, confident, and strong through every stage of life.

When I turned 40, I began noticing little changes — a few fine lines here, a bit more fatigue there, and yes, those infamous hot flashes and night sweats I thought might skip me. But instead of resisting them, I decided to learn, adapt, and thrive. Through mindful lifestyle changes, smarter self-care, and a focus on overall well-being, I’ve discovered that life after 40 can be our most empowering and joyful chapter yet.

Having spent most of my adult life in Asia working alongside leading skincare and beauty brands, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the rituals and science behind radiant skin and self-care. I’m also an enthusiastic runner — 10Ks are my regular therapy sessions — and I’m currently training for my first half marathon!
